We provide one year manufacturer warranty on all our products. Any proved defective products will be replaced on one to one basis. If you find any defective product, please contact our Return Department via email to return@willinternational.co.uk.

Returns and technical support service will not cover any products that has not been directly purchased from NEUTAC. Any damage, faulty or virus defecting the products from NEUTAC occurring due to misuse or user modification will not be covered by warranty and NEUTAC reserve the right to charge for any labour, parts and delivery charges incurred.
